Our Low Price Guarantee

This is how it works:

You must have already made and paid for your reservation through this website.
If you then find the same hotel available at a lower price on another accommodation booking website you must claim within 24 hours of making your booking with us. All the booking details must be identical, i.e:

  • Same destination
  • Same hotel
  • Same dates
  • Same room type and board basis
  • Same conditions of booking

Important notes:

You must make your claim within 24 hours of booking with us.

The low price guarantee is applicable to bookings for up to a maximum of 4 people for up to 7 nights accommodation. It does not apply to any group booking discounts, specially discounted senior citizens rates or special offers, neither does it apply to accommodation that is on request. The accommodation must be available for instant confirmation online at the lower rate, and we must be able to check and verify that this is the case. Rates must be quoted in the same currency as those on this website. The low price guarantee does not apply to rates offered on a hotel chain’s own website.

Refunds will only be made after completion of the stay in question, and will be issued to the card that was originally used to pay for the booking, within 30 days of completion of the stay.

This website is powered by Alternativa Hotels. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of Alternativa Hotels, and any claims related to the low price guarantee should be directed to them at the following email address.

To claim you should send an email to info@alternativahotels.com with the following details:

  • Your booking reference
  • The lead name of the booking
  • The name of the accommodation booked
  • Arrival / Departure dates
  • The name of the other website
  • The lower price quoted
